We can supply you with chairs, chair covers and sashes for your ceremony and reception, wishing wells and beautiful topiary trees. We also supply accessories for a sand ceremony.

Red carpet runner, 20 guest chairs (with chair covers & sashes), signing table, 2 chairs with covers and matching sashes, plus 2 topiary trees, delivery, set up and removal - in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Package 4 - $415

Cream carpet runner, 20 guest chairs (with chair covers & sashes), signing table, 2 chairs with covers and matching sashes, plus 2 topiary trees, delivery, set up and removal - in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Chairs and Sashes

Make your guests comfortable while you make your vows.

We provide white pippee chairs for the ceremony with or without covers and sashes. Please use the link below to see the range of colours we have available.

Signing Tables

We can provide a Signing Table with table cover for that special moment. We can also supply two specially decorated chairs for the signing time.

Wishing Well

Wishing Wells are the modern alternative to presents on your wedding day or other special occasion. Family and friends place their envelopes of money or vouchers into the well or chest giving you the freedom to choose your own gifts. Wells are lockable for safety.

Carpet Runners

Make your entrance special with one of our Red or Cream Carpet Runners. Runners are 6 or 9 metres long and approximately 1.2 metres wide.

Please note: Fresh Flowers are not to be spread on carpets

Topiary Trees

Our Topiary Trees add that special touch to your walk down the aisle. Topiary trees are available in sets of 2, 4 & 6.

We have artificial olive trees (A) or white rose topiaries (B) available.

We can add ribbons between the trees to create an aisle effect.

Sand Ceremony

Sand Ceremonies are fast becoming one of the most popular and economical ways for couples to symbolise their union.

Sand containers come in two sizes holding approximately 500 grams or 900 grams.

We have a small range of vases available. We can deliver anywhere in the Perth Metropolitan area (fees apply), or you can pick up at an arranged time.

Work on the principle of 1 litre capacity in a vase probably needs approximately 2 kg ( 2 x 900g pourers) to fill the vase.

T e r m s & C o n d i t i o n s

The Deposit and Booking Fee

A non refundable $20 booking fee is included in the price. Then a deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Once a deposit is received your booking will be considered confirmed.

Prices

Our price list is subject to change. If booking and deposit have been made price quoted is secure.

Cancellation

In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, notice must be received at least 14 days prior to booking. Deposits will be refunded if notice has been received prior to that time. If cancellation is made within 14 days of the booking the deposit will be retained by us. Booking fees are Non Refundable.
If full payment has been made we will retain the equivalent of the deposit, and refund the balance to you.

Payment

Balance of payment is to be made no later than 3 days prior to your booking.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made online to our account, by cheque or cash. To get our account details simply arrange to book and we will send you the details.

Weather

WA Wedding Extras will not accept any costs or damanges due to delay or bad weather.

Equipment

All damages, losses and breakages will be charged to you and are your responsibility until collected or returned. Replacements will be charged at full present day values and the value taken from the deposit. WA Wedding Extras takes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the use of it's equipment once you have accepted it. Itmes are not to be removed from delivery address.
