We would like your day to be special and run smoothly.
The Deposit and Booking Fee
A non refundable $20 booking fee is included in the price. Then a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.  Once a deposit is received your booking will be considered confirmed.
Cancellation
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, notice must be received at least 14 days prior to booking.  Deposits will be refunded if notice has been received prior to that time.  If cancellation is made within 14 days of the booking the deposit will be retained by us.  Booking fees are Non Refundable.
If full payment has been made we will retain the equivalent of the deposit, and refund the balance to you.
Payment
Balance of payment is to be made no later than 3 days prior to your booking.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made online to our account, by cheque or cash. To get our account details simply arrange to book and we will send you the details.
Equipment
Goods are not insured. All damages, losses and breakages will be charged to you and are your responsibility until collected or returned.  Replacements will be charged at full present day values and the value taken from the deposit..
WA Wedding Extras takes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the use of it's equipment once you have accepted it.
